The First of the 10" Collectors Series from UK's Goldmaster Allstars treats us to four fresh tunes including a guest performance by the great Jamaican veteran singer Mr. Alton Ellis. With earlier releases this band has showed that their music and influences are strongly rooted in the Jamaican music from the 60s and 70s and thus they always manage to bring back some vivid memories.

A most interesting new album. I really enjoyed listening to it. It brought back some vivid memories of how the music used to be.
I've had a great time listening to Goldmaster , the material is first rate rootical dub and the riddims are heavy, all original in a classic style ! I particularly like tracks 1,3,4,5,6,10&12. The mixes are crucial and the horns section is tight.
